The stela is not the usual type with a rounded top, but rather rectangular with a cavetto cornice and torus moulding. Beneath an inscription, Seneb and his brother Kemes are shown seated opposite each other. Both men hold a cloth in one hand and a lotus flower in the other, which they hold up to their noses. In between the men is a richly furnished offering table. Traces of green and red paint have been preserved.
Text A: 1) An offering which the king gives to Osiris, the Lord of Busiris, Khontamenti, the Lord of 2) Abydos, Wepwawet, the power of the Two Lands, Khenti, the Lord of Athribis, 3) so that he will give a funerary offering of bread and beer, meat and poultry, linen and alabaster, incense, unguent and all 4) good and pure things on which a god lives, to the Ka of the trustworthy Sealbearer, the Overseer of Construction Works, 5) Seneb, true of voice, born of the mistress of the house Ineten-si, begotten by Iri; 6) to the Ka of the Keeper of the Chapel (a.o.), Seneb, born of Hetepi, to the Ka of 7) Seneb, born of Kait, to the Ka of Sa-hi, begotten by Hor-em-heb; 8) for taking care (?) of the mistress of the house Ammi, begotten by Iri; for the 9) Ka of the Royal Scribe of tablets of the floor (or: the manufacture of bricks), Senebef, begotten by Kemet-eni.
