The wooden stela is divided into three sections, each bordered by a triglyphic band. Underneath the lunette with winged sun disc is the usual adoration scene with accompanying inscriptions: the deceased is standing with the goddess Maat and praying in front of two offering tables and Re-Harakhty. On the reed mat spread out over the tables are several loaves and geese. Re-Harakhty is seated on a block throne, holding a was-sceptre in his left hand. Maat is standing behind the deceased, embracing him. Her head has been replaced by a feather on the upper part of a standard. Underneath are seven horizontal rows of hieroglyphs.
(13) Words to be spoken by the lady of the house, the lady Mut-hetepty, true of voice: Be greeted, you who rises in (14) Ta-djeser, the shining one who appears in the east of heaven, great of glory in the (15) secret chapel. O Re, may you hear! (O) Re, may you turn around! (the Osiris Mut-hetepty) has recited the 77 (16) spells of the scroll over the place of judgement of Apophis, every day. Because his soul and body (17) has been surrendered to the fire and his Ka to the whole eye of Horus, he no longer exists and one does not remember him. I have (18) completed the Apophis ritual as slaughter, every day, so that I may enable you to triumph (19) when you rise. Come to me, (Re-Harakhty), to save me from the enemy.
