A round-top stele divided in three sections: in the round top, a winged solar disk with two pendent uraei is shown above a scarab holding two solar disks; at the sides and below the disk there are symmetrical images of the udjat eye above the crouching god Anubis. Below are two decorative bands delimiting the second section, which shows two symmetrical scenes: the first one shows the hawk-headed god Ra sitting on a throne placed on his boat, holding the was and heqat scepters and the flail. In front of the god, the deceased is shown, kneeling with her arms held up in adoration. In front of the woman is a stand on which bread, surmounted by a lotus flowe, is placed. In the third section there are four lines of painted hieroglyphs.

Words said by the Osiris, the lady of the house Taismenherwas.
Words said by the Osiris, the worthy lady of the house Taismenherwas, justified, daughter of Padimenis, justified, whose mother is Taytetjy, justified and blessed in front of the great god, lord of the sky. Let (your) Ba be in the sky and your corpse... Let there be bread loaves for your stomach, water for your throat, and the breeze of life for your nostrils... justified, resting thanks to the one who is in his chapel, who makes (you) great.
