Description
These two baked clay bottles, used to hold perfume, are distinguished by their simple style. A large number of such bottles were found in Alexandria, as Alexandrian women particularly cared for their beauty and their charm during the Greco-Roman period in Egypt.

Ces deux flacons en terre cuite qui servaient à contenir du parfum se caractérisent par leur style simple. Un grand nombre de ces flacons furent découvertes en Alexandrie. En Egypte pendant la période gréco-romaine, les Alexandrines prenaient tout particulièrement soin de leur beauté et de leur charme.
قارورتان من الصلصال المحروق كانتا تستخدما لحفظ العطور، وتتميزان ببساطة الشكل. ولقد عثر على عدد كبير من مثل هذه القوارير بمدينة الإسكندرية، حيث كان النساء بها يعتنين عناية خاصة بجمالهن وفتنتهن؛ خلال فترة الحكم اليوناني- الروماني بمصر.
