The stela is round-topped, the representations are executed in bas-relief. The owner of the stela (at the right) is depicted adoring Ptah of the Place of Beauty (the Valley of the Queens) (at the left). Ramesses-Seth-herwenemef is bald-headed; he wears a long garment with pleated sleeves and a long pleated apron, a broad collar and sandals. In his left hand he holds a copper brazier as an offering to Ptah, his right hand is raised in an attitude of adoration. The god is depicted in his usual appearance, wearing a mummy-gown and a wesekh-collar with a counterpoise on his back, a skull-cap and the ceremonial beard. With both his hands he holds the Ankh-uas-djed-stave. He is standing on a small elevation, a pedestal or a mat. There are legenda to the figures, in between which are the cartouches of Ramesses IV.
