This papyrus fragment, which was found at Oxyrhynchus (P.Oxy. VI 885) and which dates from the end of the 2nd or the begfinning of the 3rd century of our time, is an anonymous treatise on divination. The extract deals with the meaning given to the lightning which strikes the statues.
