Description
Pierced longitudinally to allow for its suspension, the recto of the object depicts the back of a scarab and the reverse a decorative motif in two sections. The surface of the lower register is filled with a series of regular circles. The upper register is filled with the motif of the unification of the two lands (sema-tawy).

Percé longitudinalement pour permettre sa suspension, l'objet reproduit au recto, le dos d'un scarabée et, au verso, un motif composé en deux parties. Dans un registre inférieur, des boucles régulières traversent l'ensemble de la surface. Au registre supérieur, le motif de la réunion des deux pays (sema-taouy) occupe l'espace restant.
