Description

Small scarab pierced longitudinally. The details are succinct: on the back the head and clypeus are only schematically rendered. Two circles represent the legs. An ibex is carved on the reverse, a rare motif found at the end of the Middle Kingdom.

Petit scarabée percé longitudinalement. Les détails sont très sommaires: sur le dos, tête et clypeus sont schématisés. Deux cercles symbolisent les pattes. Le plat est gravé d'un bouquetin, motif rare que l'on rencontre à la fin du Moyen Empire.
