Description
This large flat shell was broken in ancient times and then repaired: to that end two holes were pierced. The shell was found in front of the face of a woman buried in the cemetery of Sayala.

Grote platte schelp die in de oudheid gebroken is en daarna gerepareerd is: hiervoor zijn twee gaatjes geboord. De schelp is gevonden bij het gezicht van een vrouw die begraven was in het grafveld van Sayala.
Ce grand coquillage plat a été reconstitué à partir de plusieurs fragments; à cette extrémité, deux trous ont été percés. Ce coquillage a été découvert devant le visage d'une femme inhumée dans le cimetière de Sayala.
Die große flache Muschelschale ist im Altertum gesprungen und wieder geflickt worden: dazu wurden zwei Löcher gebohrt. Die Schale lag vor dem Gesicht einer auf dem Friedhof von Sayala bestatteten Frau.
Questa grande conchiglia piatta si è rotta nell'antichità ed è poi stata riparata; per questo motivo vennero praticati due fori. La conchiglia è stata trovata davanti al volto di una donna sepolta nella necropoli di Sayala.
Esta concha achatada foi partida na Antiguidade e depois restaurada; na extremidade tem dois orifícios perfurados. A concha foi encontrada à frente do rosto de uma mulher, enterrada no cemitério de Saiala.
Esta concha grande y plana se rompió durante la Antigüedad y fue reparada, para lo cual se realizaron dos agujeros. La concha fue encontrada en la cara de una mujer enterrada en el cementerio de Sayala.
