Osiris est assis sur un trône massif. Dans les mains, il tient, devant sa poitrine, la crosse (sceptre-heqa) et le flagellum (sceptre-nekhakha). Il porte la couronne blanche et l'uraeus. Son regard est dirigé vers le haut.
