Description
A large dark blue-glazed amulet in the form of the udjat-eye. The outlines are in black-glazed relief. At the back is a longitudinal perforation for suspension. The udjat-eye was worn in everyday life but also as a funerary amulet.

Groot donkerblauw geglazuurd amulet in de vorm van een oedjat-oog. De omtrekken zijn in reliëf met zwart glazuur. Aan de achterkant zit in de lengterichting een doorboring zodat het amulet kon worden opgehangen. Het oedjat-oog werd in het dagelijks leven gedragen maar gold evenzeer als een funerair amulet.
Grand oeil-oudjat émaillé bleu foncé dont le contour, en relief, est couvert d'une glaçure noire. Il est muni d'une perforation longitudinale pour permettre la suspension. L'oeil-oudjat, porté par les vivants, était également une amulette funéraire.
Ein großes, blau glasiertes Amulett in Gestalt eines Udjat-Auges. Die Umrißlinien sind mit schwarzer Glasur reliefiert. An der Rückseite ist der Länge nach eine Durchbohrung zum Aufhängen angebracht. Das Udjat-Auge wurde zu Lebzeiten getragen, war aber auch ein Totenamulett.
Grande amuleto invetriato di colore blu scuro avente la forma dell'occhio-udjat. I contorni sono in rilievo di pasta vitrea di colore nero. Sulla parte posteriore è visibile una perforazione longitudinale per permettere la sospensione dell'oggetto. L'occhio-udjat era indossato nella vita quotidiana ma rappresentava anche un amuleto funerario.
Grande amuleto em faiança vidrada em azul escuro com formato de olho-udjat. As linhas de contorno apresentam-se em relevo vidrado em preto. Na parte de trás existe perfuraçao longitudinal para suspensao. O olho-udjat era usado na vida quotidiana e, também, como amuleto funerário.
Un gran amuleto de fayenza vidriada de azul oscuro con forma de ojo-udyat. Los contornos son en relieve vidriado de negro. En la parte posterior hay una perforación longitudinal para poder colgarlo. El ojo-uyat era llevado por los vivos, pero también se utilizaba como amuleto funerario.
