Het ebbehouten figuurtje van een gevangene, die voorover ligt met zijn ellebogen achter zijn rug vastgebonden. De baard en het kapsel zijn die van een Aziaat. Figuurtjes als deze werden vaak als handvat van een zweep of wandelstok gebruikt.
Figurine en ébène d'un captif allongé, les bras liés sur le dos. La barbe et la coiffure identifient le captif à un asiatique. Ce type de figure faisait souvent partie des manches de fouet ou de cannes.
Ebenholzfigur eines Gefangenen, der mit dem Gesicht nach unten und mit auf seinem Rücken zusammengebundenen Ellbogen daniederliegt. Bart und Haarfrisur weisen den Gefangenen als Asiaten aus. Derartige Figuren wurden oft auf Peitschengriffen und Wanderstöcken angebracht.
La figura di ebano di un prigioniero, che giace bocconi con i gomiti legati dietro la schiena. La barba e lo stile dei capelli identificano il prigioniero con un asiatico. Tali figure venivano spesso poste sui manici delle fruste e sui bastoni da passeggio.
