Tablet grooved on its contour and pierced longitudinally. One of the surface bears a frieze of nefer (''beautiful, good, perfect'') and djed (''stability'') signs. The other surface features two nefer signs and two flowers surrounding a third nefer sign. All these symbols are prophylactic.

Plaquette rainurée sur le pourtour et percée dans la longueur. L'une des faces porte une frise encadrée de signes nefer ("beau, bon, parfait") et djed ("stabilité"). Sur l'autre deux signes nefer et deux fleurs entourent un troisième nefer. Tous ces symboles sont prophylactiques.
