Description
This oil lamp was made according to the prevailing method in antiquity. It was made with a dish fashioned from common Egyptian clay. Two of the sides were folded and pressed against one another. A knob, now broken, might have been added to one extremity. At the other end, a small oval-shaped orifice was used as a spout.
