Description
Lovely flask that must have contained perfumes or scented oils. The clay, which is a white and calcareous, most likely comes from Upper Egypt. The base is wide and flat, the body pear-shaped and the thin neck ends with a small flared lip. Although very simple, the decoration is very elegant: two lines of black circles flanking a brownish-red line. The motif of the top line is enhanced with black circles.
