Description
This is a length of maroon-coloured linen string twisted twice. The string is comprised of two or three threads that twist towards the right (400 twists/m). These are tied together with a knot of about 0,8 cm long. It is possible that the tie was fastened around the neck and that a piece of jewellery or an amulet was attached to this string.
