Description
An inscribed pottery funerary cone, cracked through at the top. The stamp has four vertical columns of text, with dividers, in shallow relief on a white background. Such cones were placed at the entrance to the tombs, probably pushed into the wet plaster of the lintel. The broad, inscribed end was visible to all who passed.
