This fragment of a capital in limestone, which comes from the excavations of W. F. Petrie at Herakleopolis Magna, probably surmounted a pilaster. It is decorated by several acanthus leaves.

Dit fragment van een kalkstenen kapiteel, dat afkomstig is uit opgravingen van W. F. Petrie in Herakleopolis Magna, stond waarschijnlijk op een zuil. Het is versierd met verschillende acanthusbladeren.
Ce fragment de chapiteau en calcaire, qui provient des fouilles de W. F. Petrie à Héracléopolis Magna, surmontait vraisemblablement un pilastre. Il est décoré de plusieurs feuilles d'acanthe.
Dieses Kapitellfragment aus Kalkstein, das aus den Grabungen von W.F. Petrie in Herakleopolis Magna stammt, gehört wahrscheinlich zu einem Pfeiler. Es ist mit mehreren Akanthusblättern verziert.
