Description
The form of the flask is of Greek origin (Mycenean) or rather of Syro-Palestinian origin. Many identical pieces have been found in the south of Palestine, at Gezer, Lachish and at Jericho. The flask which comes from Tell El-`Amarna and which dates from the 18th Dynasty, served as a water container.

De vorm van de veldfles is van Griekse (Myceense) afkomst of eerder van syro-palestijnse origine. Meerdere identieke stukken zijn gevonden in het zuiden van Palestina, in Gezer, Lakisj en Jericho. Deze veldfles, die afkomstig is van El-`Amarna en die dateert uit de 18e dynastie, diende om water te bevatten.
La forme de la gourde est d'origine grecque (Mycènes) ou plutôt d'origine syro-palestinienne. Plusieurs pièces identiques ont été retrouvées au sud de la Palestine, à Gezer, à Lakish et à Jéricho. La gourde, qui provient de El-`Amarna et qui date de la XVIIIème Dynastie, servait à contenir de l'eau.
Die Form der Flasche ist griechischen (Mykene) oder eher syro-palästinensischen Ursprungs. Mehrere identische Stücke wurden im Süden Palästinas, in Gezer, in Lachisch und in Jericho gefunden. Die Flasche, die aus El-'Amarna stammt und in die 18. Dynastie datiert, diente als Wasserbehälter.
La forma della fiaschetta é di origine greca (Micene) o meglio siro-palestinese. Numerosi esemplari identici sono stati ritrovati a sud della Palestina, a Gezer, Lakish e a Gerico. La fiaschetta, che proviene da Tell El-`Amarna e che risale alla XVIII dinastia, serviva a contenere dell'acqua.
A forma característica deste recipiente de tipo cantil é de origem grega (Micenas) ou talvez de origem palestiniana. Muitas peças idênticas foram encontradas no Sul da Palestina, em Guezer, Lakich e Jericó. O recipiente, que provém de Tell El-`Amarna e data da XVIII dinastia, servia para conter água.
La forma de la cantimplora es de origen griego (Micenas) o más bien de origen siro-palestino. En el sur de Palestina se encontraron numerosas piezas idénticas, en Gezer, Lakish y Jericó. La cantimplora, que proviene de El-`Amarna y data de la Dinastía XVIII, servía para contener agua.
