In the round top of the stele is the solar disk with uraei. On the left is the god Harakhty, hawk-headed, sitting on a cubic throne placed on a dais, holding the heqat scepter and the nekhekh flail. On the right is the deceased, holding her hands up in adoration. Between the two figures is a tall stand on which a jug and lotus flowers are placed. Under the round top is a painted hieroglyphic inscription in seven columns.
Words to be said by Harakhty, great god, lord of the sky and the earth; let him grant offerings and food to the Osiris, lady of the house, the venerable Takhorenmut..., beloved by the gods, scribe of the king, Hor.
