Anthropoid inner coffin, with mummy-cover, characteristic of dynasty XXIst, mostly produced for Amun priests in Karnak temple. It belonged to a chantress of Amun, depicted on the outside wearing a wig and feminine adornments, earrings and bracelets. The box and the two lids are heavily decorated with deities, funerary inscriptions, religious scenes and the deceased making offerings. On the inside, the goddess Maat is shown surrounded by inscriptions.
