Funerary cone of Montu-em-hat

A1913.JPG

This funerary cone comes from the tomb of the powerful Montu-em-hat, who played a major role in Thebes at the end of the 25th Dynasty. Many monuments of this man have survived. His tomb (TT 34) is far to the west of where the cones were found. The stamp has the solar bark at the top, being adored by two men.
