In the upper register on the left, Osiris is sitting on a block throne. Isis is standing behind him. In front of the divine couple, the offering formula is carved in three columns of inscription. The roof of the baldachin is supported by two tent poles. Above it is a winged sun disc with uraeus. To the right are an offering table and a man giving adoration.
In the middle register, on the left is a seated man holding a lotus flower to his nose. In front of him are an offering table, a full-bellied pot and three women bringing offerings.
The lowest register, the right corner of which is missing, depicts four men bearing offerings.
