The very well-preserved left hand of a female mummy, broken off at the wrist, coated with bitumen and bearing traces of gilding. On the first finger is a ring of gold wire with a bezel consisting of a lapis lazuli obelisk capped with gold, the base is gold with wire scroll and granulated goldwork decoration. The obelisk is pierced through the shaft for the gold wire. On the second finger is a ring with a similar bezel, also capped in gold. On the third finger is a gold wire ring with a small lapis lazuli scarab in it. The fourth finger carries a ring of gold with a flattened lozenge-shaped bezel.
