A mummiform statue representing the funerary god Ptah-Sokar-Osiris, wearing an elaborate collar and a crown of ram horns surmounted by a sun-disk and two tall plumed feathers. The figure stands on a chest with a smaller chest at his feet upon which a recumbant jackal once lay.There is a band of text written down the front of the lower half of the statue and also down the back pillar.
