This temple gate is composed of two doorjambs and a lintel. The latter is decorated with the winged sun disk, Horus of Edfu, described in the inscription as "The Great God of Behdet."
On the left jamb Isis is seen holding the Was scepter. Her name is engraved in hieroglyphs in front of her face. On the right jamb, Nephthys is represented in the same form as Isis.
Inside the door, between the jambs, Osiris is shown with the Atef crown on his head. He holds in his hands, which are crossed on his chest, the crook and the flail.
The top of the gate is decorated by an Egyptian cornice, composed of reeds fixed with a horizontal torus.
