The shabti is mummiform, wearing a plain wig. The arms are crossed right over left. On the fists, that hold no implements, the sleeves are indicated. The features of the shabti are executed in fine detail. The eyes are painted in black. The text is inscribed in horizontal lines running round the body.
(1) The illuminated one, the lector-priest Kaheri, he says: O (2) this shabti of the Osiris Kaheri, if one (3) counts off Kaheri (to do) all work which is wont to be done in the necropolis, (4) as a man (is called) at his duties, to make arable the fields, (5) to transport by boat the sand of the East (6) and of the West, "here I am", you shall say.
