A head wearing the vulture headdress is carved in relief; the vulture's head at the forehead is accompanied by a ureaus. The base of the crown, consisting of uraei (five ones in frontal view, both in front and at the back one in side-view), is preserved; the upper part is missing.
The face represents either a queen or a goddess. The crown is probably to be reconstructed as a Hathor-crown.
The relief is well executed, as far as this hard kind of stone permits.
