This shabti exhibits several characteristics of New Kingdom statuary: a broad wig which frames the rather attractive face with eyes that are wide open. The hands hold agricultural implements, barely modelled on the body. Several collars may be noted embellishing his chest. The text of chapter 6 of the Book of the Dead is written on the front of the statuette in 12 horizontal lines of hieroglyphs.
