Description
Flat dish with a very simple shape. The base is rounded and bears cutting traces, the body is flared and the lip is an extension of the body. Made from a white calcareous clay, the vessel was a product of Upper Egypt. A potter's mark, a six branched cross, was carved below the lip before firing.

Coupelle d'une forme très simple, plate. Le fond, arrondi, porte encore les traces du décollement du tour, la panse est évasée et terminée par une lèvre dans le prolongement. La pâte est de l'argile calcaire blanche: le vase a été fabriqué en Haute-Égypte. Une marque de potier a été gravée avant la cuisson sous la lèvre, une croix à six branches.
