Description
Necklace or bracelet, reconstructed in modern times. It comprises seventeen tubular dark blue enamel beads and, distributed in four groups, forty-four disc-shaped beads with a straight or round section and made from fragments of ostrich eggshell or from bone. In line with the materials and the shapes, it is likely that these beads came either from Aksha or from Mirgissa/Iken and date from the C-Group or Classic Kerma period.
