This scarab was found in the same tomb as L 1139 (a), with bearing the name of Thutmosis III. The prothorax is only slightly indicated on the left side. The elytra are rendered by a double line together with two short curved lines on the lower section. The legs are indicated in a succinct manner. On the flat surface, the signs are deeply carved. They mention the name of the Middle Kingdom Pharaoh Senwosret III - Khakare flanked by two snakes. The king's name is topped by a crowned sphinx, and left of it, the signs ''(I)mn'' can be read.
