Coarsely manufactured scarab whose elytra are not or barely shown, most probably worn down like part of the enamel on the back. On the flat surface, a cartouche bears the signs Nefer-Re ("Re is perfect") while prophylactic signs such as Ankh ("life"), wadj ("green") and sa ("protection") surround and top this cartouche.

Scarabée grossier dont les élytres n'apparaissent pas ou très peu, sans doute en raison d'une usure qui a fait disparaître une partie de l'émail du dos. Sur le plat, dans un cartouche, figurent les signes Nefer-Rê ("Rê est parfait"), alors que des signes prophylactiques Ankh ("vie"), ouadj ("vert") et sa ("protection") entourent et surmontent le cartouche.
