Description
Elegant jar with an oval-shaped body, a narrow and high neck and a flat flared lip. The clay is calcareous (therefore the vessel can be considered to be an import) and fine, has a varied mineral temper and is orange, fired white on the outside surface. The polish was carefully applied, the shoulder is decorated with three impressed concentric lines. Two scratches on the shoulder could be a mark.
