Description
This bunch of grapes pendant is semicircular. Instead of a loop there is a hole, through which a piece of cord could be threaded. This motif occurs particularly often with jewellery pieces from the `Amarna Period.

Halfronde druiventros. In plaats van een ophangoogje is een gaatje aangebracht, waar een koordje doorheen gehaald kon worden. Dit motief komt vaak voor bij sieraden uit de Amarna-periode.
Ce pendentif, en forme de grappe de raisin, est semi-circulaire. Au lieu d'un fermoir annulaire, il est pourvu d'un trou dans lequel on peut passer une cordelette. Ce motif apparaît souvent dans les pièces de bijouterie de la Période Amarnienne.
Der Weintrauben-Anhänger ist halbrund gestaltet. Statt einer Öse weist er ein Loch auf, durch das eine Schnur gefädelt werden konnte. Die Häufigkeit des Motivs bei Schmuckstücken der Amarna-Zeit ist auffallend.
