Het hoofd wordt omlijst door een grote pruik waar de hooggeplaatste oren uit steken. Het gezicht heeft volle wangen en dikke lippen. Bij de ooghoeken zijn de schminkstreep en de lange wenkbrauwen afgebeeld in reliëf. Bij het begin van de nek is de halskraag aangegeven door gebeeldhouwde banden.

La tête humaine est encadrée d'une grande perruque aux mèches repoussées derrière les oreilles. Le visage est pourvu de joues pleines et de lèvres épaisses. Le coin des yeux est décoré d'un trait cosmétique; celui-ci ainsi que les longs sourcils ont été réalisés en relief. Le cou est orné d'un collier indiqué au moyen de bandes sculptées.

Der Menschenkopf ist von einer großen Perücke umgeben, aus der hochangesetzte Ohren herausschauen. Im Gesicht mit vollen Wangen und breiten Lippen sind an den Augenwinkeln der Schminkstrich und die weit ausgezogenen Brauen in bandartigem Relief angegeben. Am Halsansatz ist der große Schmuckkragen durch Querrippung angegeben.

La testa umana è incorniciata da una larga parrucca da cui sporgono le orecchie collocate in alto. Il volto ha guance piene e labbra spesse. Nell'angolo degli occhi sono raffigurate in rilievo le linee del trucco e le lunghe sopracciglia. I segni incisi intorno al collo rappresentano la grande collana ornamentale.

A cabeça humana tem uma grande cabeleira, da qual saem as orelhas. O rosto tem bochechas cheias e lábios grossos. No canto dos olhos podem-se ver em relevo a linha cosmética e as sobrancelhas. Linhas transversais no início do pescoço indicam a existência de uma colar ornamentado.

La cabeza humana está enmarcada por una gran peluca de la que sobresalen <!-->unas orejas situadas muy altas. La cara tiene mejillas rellenas y labios gruesos. En el rabillo de los ojos la línea de cosmético y las largas cejas aparecen como bandas en relieve. El collar adornado del cuello está indicado mediante bandas talladas.

The human head is framed by a large wig tucked behind high-set ears. The face has full cheeks and thick lips. At the corners of the eyes, the cosmetic line and the long brows are depicted as bands in relief. The ornate collar around the neck is indicated by carved bands.
