Description
Carnelian amulet roughly in the form the hieroglyph for the heart. Heart amulets form part of the large sets of different talismans placed on the body in mummification during the Late Period. Funerary texts specify that this type should be made of carnelian, presumably to emulate the colour of blood.

Kornalijnen amulet ruwweg in de vorm van de hiëroglief voor het hart. Hartamuletten maken deel uit van de uitgebreide sets van verschillende talismans die tijdens de mummificatie in de Late Periode op het lichaam geplaatst werden. Funeraire teksten maken duidelijk dat dit type van kornalijn gemaakt moest worden, waarschijnlijk om de kleur van bloed na te bootsen.
Amulette en cornaline, de conception grossière, dont la forme est celle de l'hiéroglyphe du coeur. Ce genre d'amulette faisait partie des nombreux talismans qu'à Basse Époque, on plaçait sur le corps momifié. Des textes funéraires indiquent qu'elles devaient être faites en cornaline, vraisemblablement pour rendre la couleur du sang.
Karneolamulett in der ungefähren Form der Herzhieroglyphe. Herzamulette gehörten zu den großen Sets unterschiedlicher Talismane, die in der Spätzeit bei der Mumifizierung am Körper befestigt wurden. Totentexte machen deutlich, daß dieser Typus aus Karneol sein sollte, vermutlich in Nachahmung der Farbe des Blutes.
Amuleto in corniola avente grosso modo la forma del geroglifico usato per indicare il cuore. Amuleti del cuore fanno parte della grande serie di diversi talismani che venivano posti sul corpo in mummificazione in Epoca Tarda. Testi funerari ribadiscono che questo tipo doveva essere fabbricato in corniola, probabilmente per emulare il colore del sangue.
Amuleto em cornalina com forma do hieróglifo para coração. Estes amuletos faziam parte de grandes conjuntos de diferentes talismãs colocados no corpo a mumificar, durante a Época Baixa. Os Textos Funerários especificam que este tipo deveria ser em cornalina, provavelmente para se assemelhar à cor do sangue.
Burdo amuleto de cornalina con la forma del jeroglífico para corazón. Los amuletos de corazón forman parte de la amplia colección de talismanes situados sobre el cuerpo durante la momificación durante la Baja Época. Los textos funerarios especifican que este tipo tenía que ser fabricado de cornalina, probablemente para emular el color de la sangre.
