Description
A drinking cup of cantharos style; it is made of orange colored clay and painted with metallic black; some parts have lost their color. It has a round bowl and a high circular base. The cup has two circular handles attached at the top of the bowl. Cantharoi were the most popular drinking cups that were used in the Hellenistic period. They are larger than the cups known as skyphoi.

Une tasse à boire de style cantharus; confectionnée en argile orange et peinte en noir métallique. Certaines parties sont dépourvues de leurs couleurs. Elle possède un bol rond et une haute base circulaire. La tasse possède aussi deux poignées circulaires attachées à la partie supérieure du bol. Les cantharus étaient les tasses à boire les plus populaires pendant la période Hellénistique. Elles sont plus grandes que les tasses skyphoi.
إناء للشرب من طراز كنتاروس، لون الطينة برتقالى والطلاء أسود لامع. الإناء فاقد الطلاء فى بعض الأجزاء. البدن له شكل كروى والقاعدة حلقية مرتفعة. الإناء ذو مقابض جانبية دائرية الشكل أعلى البدن . يعتبر الكنتاروس من أوانى الشرب المستخدمة بكثرة فى العصر الهلينستى. وتتميز أوانى الكنتاروس أنها أكبر حجماً من أواني الإسكيفوس.
