Fragment from the temple of king Nebhepetra Mentuhotep, with the upper border of a scene in relief, showing part of the band of starry sky over a hieroglyphic text. The inscription gives part of the words spoken by a god or goddess to the king, promising him health. It belongs over images of the king and gods, framed above by the sky.
