The elaborately executed shabti wears a wig with two horizontal bands at the bottom of the lappets and one on the back of the wig. The arms are crossed right over left, the fists originally held hoes. On the back is a bag; the buttocks are placed a little too high. On the chest and the arms, a large collar consisting of concentric lines is painted. The feet are separated by a band. The facial features are painted in black. The text is painted in horizontal lines running around the body, the beginnings and endings separated on the back by a vertical cross-hatched band.
(1) The illuminated one, the Osiris Nakht-Djehuty, justified; he says: (2) o shabti, if one counts, (3) if one reckons to do all the work (4) which is wont to be done in the necropolis, to make arable (5) a field, to irrigate the riparian lands
