Votive stela of the singer Isis

0380.JPG

The stela of Isis depicts a striding statue on a pedestal facing right. It represents a king wearing the crown of Upper Egypt, the royal kilt, and a ceremonial beard. Isis stands opposite this statue on the right, with a small offering stand in between them, carrying a libation vase and a lotus flower. Isis is dressed in a long, wide dress which is tied beneath her breasts. She wears a wig with an unguent cone on it and a lotus flower is hanging down over her forehead. Her hands are raised in adoration, and she is holding a sistrum in her right hand.
