These two clappers (E.5794, 1-2) in wood, dating from the New Kingdom, are sculpted in the form of forearms ending in the hands. They served as musical instruments during festivals and religious ceremonies (compare E.4473).

Deze twee houten klappers (E. 5794, 1-2) die dateren uit het Nieuwe Rijk, zijn gehouwen in de vorm van een voorarm met een hand. Ze dienden als muziekinstrument tijdens feesten en religieuze ceremoniën (vergelijk met E. 4473).
Ces deux claquoirs (E. 5794, 1-2) en bois, datant du Nouvel Empire, sont sculptés en forme d'avant-bras terminé par une main. Ils servaient d'instruments de musique au cours des fêtes et des cérémonies religieuses (comparer E. 4473).
Diese beiden hölzernen Klappern (E.5794, 1-2) aus dem Neuen Reich sind in Gestalt eines Unterarmes, der in einer Hand endet, geschnitzt. Sie dienten bei Festen und religiösen Zeremonien als Musikinstrumente (vergleiche E.4473).
