Trouvé lors des fouilles de P. Jouguet et de G. Lefebvre dans le secteur de Ghôran Magdôlan.

État de conservation: 
Satisfaisant. Belle écriture de bureau, droite et élégante. Angle supérieur gauche du document, ayant conservé les premiers mots de 4 lignes.
