Grand bol rouge et noir à ouverture très légèrement rétrécie, lèvre simple et fond convexe aplati. La face interne, qui est noire, a fait l'objet d'un lissage horizontal soigné. La face externe porte une couverte rouge sauf sur la lèvre, qui est noire, et a fait l'objet d'un polissage générant par endroits un effet ridé ("rippled ware").

Large black and red bowl with a slightly restricted mouth, simple lip and flattened convex bottom. The interior, which is black, has been carefully polished horizontally. The exterior bears a red slip except on the lip, which is black, and has been burnished, creating in some areas a rippled effect (hence "rippled ware").
