Black and red vase with a straight mouth, simple lip and conical base. Both surfaces were burnished, which has created, in the upper part of the interior surface (black) and on the exterior surface (red), a vertical rippled effect (hence "rippled ware"). The gloss, which is very well preserved on the outside, has disappeared on the inside. On the outside, the gloss, which is neater, was applied over a punctated "dents de loup" design ("wolf's teeth" motif) that is still visible in certain areas. It is likely that, with the burnishing, the design would have enhanced the rippled effect. The lip bears a further design of closely impressed diagonal lines.

Vase rouge et noir à ouverture droite, lèvre simple et base conique. Les deux faces ont fait l'objet d'un polissage qui a généré dans la partie supérieure de la face interne (noire) et sur la face externe (rouge) un effet ridé vertical ("rippled ware"). Le brillant du polissage, qui est bien conservé à l'extérieur, a disparu à l'intérieur. Sur la face externe, où il est plus soigné, il a été réalisé au-dessus d'un décor ponctué en dents de loup qui est encore visible par endroits. Il est vraisemblable que, sous l'effet du polissage, ce dernier devait favoriser l'obtention de l'effet ridé. La lèvre porte un décor de petites impressions pivotantes obliques très serrées.
