Description
An oval-shaped jar with a flat base. The body becomes more restricted in the upper section and ends, without a neck, in a thinned lip that is thick inside. The clay is the white calcareous clay from Upper Egypt, although it is called ''Qena''. The vase is polished. A potter's mark was incised near the bottom before firing.
