Description
A very finely modelled faience shabti figure standing on a pedestal which has a plinth at its back.The face, wig, beard, collar and implements are in detailed low relief, the figure carries a pick and hoe, with a string basket over its back. Hieroglyphs are inscribed in low relief around the lower body, taken from a chapter of the Book of the Dead.

Een zeer fijn gemodelleerde faience oesjabti op een voetstukje en met een rugpijler. Het gezicht, de pruik, de baard, de halskraag en de werktuigen zijn uitgevoerd in gedetailleerd laag reliëf; de figuur draagt een houweel en een hak, en heeft een mand op zijn rug. Een tekst in hiërogliefen, een gedeelte van een Dodenboek-spreuk, is in laag reliëf aangebracht rond het onderlichaam.
Ouchebti en faïence très finement modelé, placé sur un socle. Le visage, la perruque, la barbe, le collier et les instruments sont détaillés en bas-relief. Il porte une houe et une pioche dans les mains et un panier sur le dos. Les hiéroglyphes sont sculptés en bas-relief autour de la partie inférieure de la figurine et reproduisent un chapitre du Livre des Morts.
Sehr fein ausgearbeitete und auf einem Piedestal stehende Uschebtifigur aus Fayence, die eine Plinthe auf ihrer Rückseite hat. Gesicht, Perücke, Bart, Halskragen und Werkzeuge sind in detailreichem vertieftem Relief ausgeführt. Die Figur hält Picke und Hacke und trägt über dem Rücken einen geflochtenen Korb. Hieroglyphen in vertieftem Relief ziehen sich um den unteren Teil des Körpers; sie enthalten ein Kapitel aus dem Totenbuch.
Un usciabti di faience finemente modellato posto su un piedistallo che ha un plinto sulla parte posteriore. Volto, parrucca, barba, collare e utensili sono dettagliati in bassorilievo, la figura porta picco e zappa, e un cesto di corda dietro la spalla. I geroglifici sono inscritti in bassorilievo intorno alla parte inferiore del corpo, e sono tratti da un capitolo del Libro dei Morti.
Estatueta funerária de faiança mumiforme, - chauabti - delicadamente modelada, em pé num pedestal, o qual tem um rodapé na traseira. O rosto, a peruca, a pêra, o colar e os instrumentos foram feitos com detalhe em baixo-relevo. A figura segura um sacho e uma enxada, com um cesto de cordas nas costas. Hieróglifos foram inscritos em baixo-relevo à volta da parte inferior do corpo, reproduzindo o capítulo 6 do "Livro dos Mortos".
Ushebti de fayenza cuidadosamente modelado. La figura está de pie sobre un pedestal con un plinto detrás. Cara, peluca, barba, collar e instrumentos están realizados en bajo relieve. La figura lleva una azada y un pico, y una cesta de mimbre a su espalda. Un pasaje del Libro de los Muertos en bajo relieve ha sido inscrito en la parte inferior del cuerpo.

General Comment
Preservation: The glaze is slightly discoloured. Disposition: The text is written around the lower half of the shabti. Iconography: The shabti figures were buried with the deceased and acted as his substitute, to do any work required of him in the Afterlife.
