Description
A fine, small, bright blue faience shabti, belonging to a Chantress of Amun. The tripartite wig, face, bracelets, collar and implements are detailed in black. The figure carries two hoes and a basket hangs at an angle on the back. The text is written in three horizontal lines across the front of the lower body.

Fraaie en kleine oesjabti van een zangeres van Amon van helderblauwe faience. De driedelige pruik, het gezicht, de armbanden, kraag en werktuigen zijn in zwart weergegeven. De figuur draagt twee schoffels en een korf hangt in een hoek over de rug. De tekst staat in drie horizontale regels aan de voorkant van het onderlichaam.
Élégant et petit ouchebti en faïence émaillée bleu vif, appartenant à une Chanteuse d'Amon. La perruque tripartite, le visage, les bracelets, le collier et les outils sont détaillés en noir. La figure porte deux houes et un sac sur le dos. Trois lignes de texte sont écrites sur le devant de la statuette.
Ein schönes, hellblaues Fayenceuschebti, das einer Sängerin des Amun gehörte. Die dreiteilige Perücke, das Gesicht, die Armreifen, der Halskragen und die Geräte sind in schwarzer Farbe ausgeführt. Die Figur trägt zwei Hacken und ein Korb hängt schief an ihrem Rücken herab. Der Text ist in drei horizontalen Zeilen quer über den Unterkörper angeordnet.
Piccola e raffinata usciabti in faience brillante di colore blu, appartenente alla cantante di Amon. La parrucca tripartita, il volto, i braccialetti, il collare e gli utensili sono resi nei loro dettagli in nero. La figura porta due zappe ed un cesto pende su un angolo della schiena. Il testo disposto in tre colonne orizzontali si trova sulla parte frontale della figura.
Pequena estatueta funerária em faiança azul vivo, minuciosamente trabalhada, pertencente a uma das Cantoras de Amon. A peruca tripartida, face, pulseiras, colar e instrumentos estao detalhados em preto. A figura segura dois alvioes e apresenta cesto, em ângulo, nas costas. O texto surge escrito em três linhas horizontais sobre a frente da parte inferior do corpo.
Un magnífico y pequeño ushebti de fayenza azul brillante que perteneció a una Cantante de Amón. La columna tripartita, el rostro, los brazaletes, el collar y las herramientas están detallados en negro. La figura lleva dos azadas y una cesta en un ángulo de la espalda. El texto está escrito en tres líneas horizontales en la parte frontal inferior del cuerpo.

General Comment
Material: The rich, deep blue colour is due to cobalt being added to the faience mix, popular during the 3rd Intermediate Period. Preservation: The shabti is in very good condition.
