The Global Egyptian Museum

The jar is ornamented with gilded geometric and animal patterns. Dark brown birds, a reference to Christianity, form the main scene on the body of the jar. The scene is depicted between two lines of lozenges. 

The rest of the ornaments on the outside of the body are in the form of concentric lines. The rim of the jar is divided by lines and is adorned with an ornamental raised edge. The long neck is circular and the indented body rests on a round base.

Ce récipient est orné de motifs d'animaux et géométriques dorés. Des oiseaux brun foncé, une référence à la chrétienté, composent la scène principale sur le corps du récipient. Cette scène est représentée entre deux rangées de losanges.

Les autres décorations à l'extérieur, sur le corps, sont en forme de lignes concentriques. Le bord du récipient est divisé en lignes et est orné d'un bord en relief ornemental. Le long col est circulaire et le corps dentelé est posé sur une base ronde.

جرة مزينة بأشكال هندسية وحيوانية مذهبة. وتشكل صور طيور بنية داكنة، كرموز بالمسيحية، المشهد الرئيسي على بدن الجرة. رسم المشهد بين خطين من أشكال المعين.

بينما تتكون بقية الزخارف على سطح البدن من خطوط دائرية موحدة المركز. قسمت الفوهة بخطوط، وهي محلاة بحافة زخرفية بارزة. والعنق مستدير وطويل، ويستقر البدن المسنن على قاعدة مستديرة.
