Description
These clappers were a popular type of musical instrument in Ancient Egypt. They are made of ivory in the shape of human hands. Clappers of different shapes and sizes have been found at many Egyptian archaeological sites. The pair, from the Archaic Period, depicts two bearded Asiatics carefully carved with refined details of hair and facial features.

Ces instruments étaient très populaires dans l'Egypte ancienne. Ils sont en ivoire et représentent des mains humaines. Des instruments de ce type de différentes tailles et formes ont été découverts sur de nombreux sites archéologiques égyptiens. Ces deux-ci, datant de la période archaïque, représentent deux asiatiques barbus soigneusement sculptés avec des détails raffinés de leurs cheveux et des traits de leur visage.
انتشر هذا النوع من المصفقات كأداة موسيقية فى مصر القديمة وهي مصنوعة من العاج في شكل يد الانسان. وقد تم العثور على العديد من المصفقات من مختلف الأشكال والأحجام في المواقع الاثريه المصرية. وهذا الزوج من المصفقات المصنوع من العاج على شكل أيد بشرية يعود للعصر العتيق ويصور شخصين ملتحين آسيويين، منحوتان بتفاصيل دقيقة بالنسبة للشعر وملامح الوجه.
